1. Offer eligible for first time users of the service. Users who register multiple accounts with the same billing information will be ineligible for the offer
2. Offer valid against initial purchase basket only, up to a maximum of 10 free tracks. (e.g. buy 3 get 3 free; buy 12 get 10 free)
3. Offer valid only on total number of purchased tracks. A purchased track is any single track the user has paid for in their basket, and excludes free tracks, or tracks bought with a PIN Code Voucher or received as a gift
4. Free tracks will be issued in the form of a PIN Code Voucher which will be emailed to the user's registered email account within 2 business days of purchase. PIN Codes Vouchers are non-transferrable.
5. PIN Code Vouchers have no equivalent cash value and must be used in their entirety, on one purchase occasion. As the PIN Code Voucher is valid for one use only, no balances will remain after initial use.
6. Free Tracks Offer runs until Thursday, December 31, 2009 11:59PM EST
7. Free PIN Code Vouchers must be redeemed prior to January 31, 2010. All Free PIN Code Vouchers expire January 31, 2010 11:59PM EST
8. PIN Code Vouchers are valid only at hmv Canada's digital store (hmvdigital.ca) and cannot be redeemed at any hmv Canadian retail store.
