- A DVD or Blu-ray box-set is defined as any product that includes multiple discs from a TV series (e.g. Big Bang Theory 4), a franchise (e.g. Lord of the Rings Trilogy), a particular genre (e.g. The Action Collection <featuring 300; The Departed: & I Am Legend>) or an Actor/Director specific collection (e.g. The Martin Scorsese Collection).
- 2, 3 or 4-disc Special or Limited Edition packages, specific to one title, are not included in this offer (e.g. Tron 4-disc Combo Pack <which includes 2 Blu-rays; 1 DVD and Digital Copy of the same title>).
- The 40% discount will be applied to the lowest ticketed box-set.
- Pure Points are calculated based on the net pre-tax purchase price (less applicable discounts) of the item.
- HMV reserves the right to terminate offer at any time.
- Offer cannot be used on previous purchases.
- Offer is valid on these dates only and cannot be used toward special orders placed during the offer period.
- In order to receive the discount the box-sets must be purchased in multiples of 2.
